David W. Crozier is an accomplished senior executive, board director, and strategic advisor with more than 35 years of experience leading technology-driven industrial companies through growth, transformation, and strategic change. He has served as President, CEO, COO, and Chairman of privately held, multinational, venture-backed, and corporate organizations spanning scientific instrumentation, photonics, precision measurement, and advanced manufacturing.

Throughout his career, David has been entrusted with leading companies through critical inflection points, including founder transitions, operational turnarounds, acquisitions, divestitures, and global expansion initiatives. As President and Chairman of OPOTEK LLC, President and CEO of The Pyrometer Instrument Company and Datacolor International, and President of Teledyne Hastings Instruments, he has consistently improved profitability, strengthened organizational capabilities, accelerated innovation, and created long-term enterprise value.

David brings a board-level perspective grounded in operational leadership, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, technology commercialization, organizational development, and executive succession. He is recognized for building high-performing leadership teams, aligning organizations around market opportunities, and helping companies navigate complex business challenges. He holds an MBA from John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
